If you like meaty spaghetti sauce that stays on top of your spaghetti and doesn't run down to the bottom of the plate, this is the venison dish for you. Yum Yum!
• 1 1/2 lb browned venison burger
• 2-28 oz cans of peeled tomatoes
• 1 can Ro*Tel diced tomatoes and chilies
• (Ro*Tel medium heat)
• 13.5 oz can of mushrooms
• salt and pepper
• 1/2 cup sliced celery
• 1 tbl minced garlic
• 1/2 cup minced onions
• 1 tbl oregano
• 2 tbl grape jelly "That’s right..grape jelly!"
Brown up your venison burger. Put your pealed tomatoes in a blender or food processor for just a few seconds so the tomatoes stay chunky. Add your tomatoes and celery and simmer for 5 minutes. Add all the other ingredients and simmer for an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Spoon over spaghetti or noodles. Top with some parmesan cheese and serve with some hot garlic bread!
